M-Lab has achieved a customer satisfaction score of 9 out of 10 in the most recent survey of our clients.  Parent company FDS has also achieved their highest ever customer satisfaction score of 9 out of 10, with 10 being the most popular score.  

Acefieldwork, our sister fieldwork agency, has also achieved their best ever score of 8.2
