Qualitative Techniques

Quantitative Techniques
As you would expect from a full service research agency we can offer face to face, telephone, online, hall tests, self completion and other methodologies. Drawing on the extensive in-house data collection, fieldwork and analysis resources of sister companies FDS International and Maven Research we provide a seamless 'one stop shop' in terms of project delivery.

Eye Tracking
Follows direct eye movement of respondent and documents exactly what is seen (and missed) as people view marketing efforts. It documents focal points at 60 readings per second and isolates the attention given to each element or message in a marketing piece - visuals, headline, copy points, and so on.
Important within the media industry, eye-tracking measures subconscious behaviour. It can be used in conjunction with recall questioning - checking whether a message has been seen and remembered. Unseen is unsold!

Panel Building/ Database Management
We have extensive experience of sourcing and maintaining panels both online, postal and telephone.

Statistical Analysis
Support is provided by an in-house specialist team who can offer bespoke solutions from segmentation to perceptual mapping.

Creative Design
