This new standard is designed specifically for market, opinion and social research environments at a global level. Market Research Society (MRS)

Although it is not possible for any company to be a member of the MRS, key staff are Members or Full Members of the Society, and we adhere to its principles at all times. |
Interviewer Quality Control Scheme (IQCS)

As an IQCS member, through our sister company FDS International,
M-lab offers clients the assurance that individuals involved in the supervision of, and collection of, data will be adequately and appropriately trained and supervised, and their work validated, in accordance with minimum levels specified by the scheme. |
Media Research Group

M-Lab is a member company of the Media Research Group. The MRG is a well respected media body, and is a forum for those at all levels of media to meet and discuss the latest issues. |
